Since our establishment in 2017 at Kamil Supermarket 1st Flr, Airport Road, Humhama Chowk, Srinagar, WEPS Private Limited was founded with a clear mission: to build a bridge towards success between talented youth in Jammu & Kashmir and the rapidly expanding global aviation and hospitality industry.

Over the past 12+ years, WEPS has emerged as Kashmir Valley's benchmark aviation soft-skills academy, having trained and placed over 450+ candidates till date across premier carriers such as IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, AirAsia, Akasa Air, and luxury hospitality brands like Taj Hotels.
